On September 10, 2011, TEDxABQ:Dare To Inspire will take place at the National Hispanic Cultural Center, Roy E. Disney Building in the Albuquerque Journal Theatre.

The larger space allows more people to attend - twice as many as our 2010 event! More space also means more room to transform the day into a full-on, full-sensory TEDxABQ experience.

On stage, you can expect a line-up of dynamic speakers and performers, invited for their ability to inspire and engage. Offstage, we’re working with community partners and other innovative individuals to develop an experience Albuquerque has never imagined.

You can view the full 2011 speaker linup at www.tedxabq.com

The time is here! Get your ticket now and we'll see you on 9.10.11!

The TEDxABQ experience will include:

A morning of fantastic coffee starting at 9am to open the day of meeting new people. The main TEDxABQ event begins at 10am, and includes an intricately curated full-day stage program featuring TED-style short talks, video interludes and other surprises.

You'll have dynamic conversation breaks and  a fantastic lunch experience, where attendees and speakers delve into the ideas introduced on stage.

A post event mixer will immediately follow, with rich opportunities to connect with speakers and other attendees.

ABOUT TEDx:

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
